S’mores Dip
S'mores SCREAM summer but what happens if you aren't near a campfire and you're really itching for a S'more? I cannot say this S'mores Dip is the next best thing, since nothing quite beats a marshmallow roasted on a stick over a roaring fire, but I will say it comes darn close. Marshmallows layered on top of chocolate bars and baked in the oven to get that roasty-toasty marshmallow top to be scooped with graham crackers, hits pretty close to perfect. The best part about this dip is how you can customize by adding in whatever type of chocolate candies you want, Reeces, Milkiways, the world is your S'more!
Ingredients
3 Hershey’s Chocolate Bars
1 bag of large Marshmallows
1 package graham crackers
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Break up the chocolate bar and spread evenly on the bottom of a cast iron skillet or baking dish. Bake for 3-5 minutes until chocolate is melted. Pull from oven and top with marshmallows. Return to oven and bake for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows are nice and toasty brown. Serve with graham crackers, fruit or Nilla wafers!
